You will report directly to our System and Network Architect, and will work out of our Budapest office.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain the system and network
Manage hardware and software upgrade
Manage Office infrastructure
Monitor servers performance
Provide good working environment to the team members
Qualifications:
2+ years systems maintenance experience in a Linux environment
Experience in high-traffic Web sites
limitless self motivation to solve technical challenges and improve the team’s effectiveness
demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals, both in gathering information and communicating direction and status
Knowledge of a versioning system (CVS, GIT)
a good understanding of sysadmin basics (filesystem, networks, firewalls)
working knowledge of performance metrics and tuning
basic admin experience with MySQL
good written and verbal communication skills in English
