We are currently developing our product line with differentiated wireless products such as home phone and broadband, mobile broadband, high capacity business broadband and pay as you go broadband. We are also developing in related product areas such as cloud computing, off site backup, telephony and security.
Boadband Support Engineer (20hours)
Task(s):
In this role the Broadband Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to wireless broadband customers. Provide professional, courteous and prompt technical support over the phone. Actively manage customer issues by logging all calls and resolving outstanding customer issues promptly. Monitor, maintain and upgrade network components. Escalate unresolved cases to the relevant person in accordance with the current processes. Role will include work on Saturday and Sunday 7-7 hours and 3 times a week 2 hours in the evening from 6pm to 8pm..
Requirement(s):
Half-1 year relevant experience and excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of Linux systems is desirable.
Strong problem solving skills, able to learn quickly and excellent time management skills.
Customer focused mindset.
Advanced level of English.
