Our goal is to help people find travel deals by enabling them to compare offers from hundreds of different websites. You will report directly to our System and Network Architect, and will work out of our Budapest office. Key responsibilities: Maintain the system and network Manage hardware and software upgrade Manage Office infrastructure Monitor servers performance Provide good working environment to the team members Qualifications: 2+ years systems maintenance experience in a Linux environment Experience in high-traffic Web sites limitless self motivation to solve technical challenges and improve the team’s effectiveness demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals, both in gathering information and communicating direction and status Knowledge of a versioning system (CVS, GIT) a good understanding of sysadmin basics (filesystem, networks, firewalls) working knowledge of performance metrics and tuning basic admin experience with MySQL good written and verbal communication skills in English We offer: competitive salary highly challenging and rewarding environment continuous training environment for professional improvement chance to investigate the newest technological trends ability to impact the business Application for the job: CV in English
