Ez is a LMDE-hez kapcsolódó kérdés (tudom van linuxmint.hu és fórum, de ahogy nézem innen is sokan válaszolnak ott is gondolom nem probléma) Hol tudom megnézni a rendszer milyen grafikai beállítású. Hogy tudom lekérdezni a lehetőségeket és ezután hogy tudom telepíteni. Az Ubuntunál a frissítés kezelőnél van, itt nem.

Közben találtam egy Linux Mint 21.3-as leírást ahol azt írja adjak hozzá PPA tárolót `sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa -y` PPA csomagtároló hozzáadása nem támogatott. Tehát ez nem működik. Hogyan?

Vissza ültem a géphez. Amit csináltam: végigmentem a .run fájl telepítő lépésein (ha kell kiírtam hol milyen választ adtam, de általánosan Igen, Telepítés, Tovább volt a választás). Mielőtt újra indítottam a gépet töröltem a /etc/X11/xorg.conf fájlt bár ebből van egy xorg.conf .backup fájl is. És futtattam a sudo systemctl start lightdm parancsot amire csak a promptot kaptam vissza. Továbbra is ha a grub-ba kiválasztom LMDE7 lehetőséget akkor a tty1 karakteres asztalt kapom. Itt ellenőriztem van-e xorg.conf nincs és újra futtattam a sudo systemctl start lightdm majd sudo reboot. Most is csak az advenced lehetőséget választva ott a recoverit tudok a grafikus felületre belépni. Amikor a recovery-t inditom sok sor lefut fehér és kék színben. Van-e még valamilyen lehetőség?
Telepítő üzeneteiből egy részlet

Ellenőrizze, hogy telepítve van-e a pkg-config és a libglvnd fejlesztői könyvtárak, vagy adjon meg egy útvonalat a következő kapcsolóval: --glvnd-egl-config-path.

Ennek lehet e jelentősége? értem ellenőrizzem a könyvtárakat meg ha nincs hozzam létre de nem értem a hogyan és hova.

KiralyMarta Megnézném, mi van a /var/log/Xorg.0.log -ban, miután megpróbáltam elindítani az X11-et (systemctl start lightdm). Biztos, hogy valami hiba lesz, a tty konzol azért van előtérben, mert az X11 nem tudott elindulni.

klt Ezt a parancsot kiadom nem tudom történik-e valami mert olyan hamar vissza jön a prompt bár egy szolgáltatás indításához nem feltétlenül kell sok idő. Van a fenti könyvtárban a nvidia-installer.log ebben nagyon sok ilyen sor találhat több más mellett.

A Xorg.log-ot megkukkantottam, és nem látok benne hibát. Az az érzésem, hogy rendben működik, csak nem áll a 6-os vagy 7-es konzolra, ahol a GUI lenne. Ezt kéne megerősíteni, hogy Ctrl-Alt-F6 v. Ctr-Alt-F7 ugyanúgyy szöveges tty logint hoz-e elő, vagy esetleg a Gui bejelentkező képernyőt?

Nálam az érték 7 volt átírtam 1-re és most elindul. (kicsit lassabban mint emlékszem de ezzel tudok élni).

Másrészt a xorg.log-od gyanús hibamentessége adta az ötletet, hogy talán műxik az, csak a háttérben kuksol.

Azt hiszem ez nekem szól. Nem bántottál meg. A kártyacserénél ledobtam az ékszíjat, az igaz.
Hogy értsd, számomra ez igazából két téma.
I. NVIDIA beállítása LMDE 7-en NVIDIA GP107 [GeForce GTX 1050 Ti]-vel
II. NVIDIA beállítása LMDE 7-en NVIDIA GA106 [GeForce RTX 3060 Lite Hash Rate]-vel

Az elsővel már finisben voltunk, mikor kikaptad a kártyát. Számomra úgy lett volna álomtéma, ha azt a vonalat befejezzük, lezárjuk, hogy jó, akkor az kipipálva, arra a kártyára megvan a jó módszer. Ez segítség lehet később annak, akinek esetleg ugyanilyen kártyája van.
Aztán utána, persze, miért ne lehetne kártyát cserélni és azzal is keresni a megoldást?! Fogod a másik kártyát, beteszed azt, de akkor kezdődik minden elölről. Megpróbáljuk összegyűjteni a második kártyához (témához) is az információkat. Utána meg munkára fogni azt a kártyát.
Nem írom, hogy nem állt félre a szám, de a kártyacsere után próbáltalak is ebbe a kezdjük elölről irányba terelni, és megtudni, hogy akkor ez a második kari ment-e valaha zárt driverrel, ha igen akkor melyikkel, melyik Linuxon, az hogy lett telepítve. Ha ez a kártya a prioritás, és ezen a rendszeren nem tudod jól használni, akkor esetleg egy másik rendszer, ami alól jól működik?...
Ebben most csak addig tudtam veled menni, hogy kisült az LMDE-n nem az a driver települt, amivel az Ubuntun jól működött.
Szerencsére itt volt @klt, aki egy zseni, így végül az általad kiszemelt rendszeren is sikerült minden tökéletesen a második kártyával kapcsolatban.

Inkább te ne haragudj, ha esetleg akaratlanul megbántottalak. Végül is lett egy új másodlagos rendszerem a NVIDIA GP107 [GeForce GTX 1050 Ti]-s gépemen, egy LMDE 7, szóval igazán nincs okom panaszra.

Bocsánat, de szerintem ez csacskaság. Nem zavarsz senkit, sőt jó, hogy kérdezel, abból lesznek a témák, melyekből mások is tudnak aztán tanulni. Én most is élvezettel olvastam, ahogy klt mesterrel haladtatok (közben jól be is fogtam a pofámat, nehogy feleslegesen útban legyek :-) ) és igyekeztem belőle minél többet megjegyezni, attól függetlenül, hogy nincs ilyen videokártyám és NVIDIA drivert én így run fáljlból talán csak egyszer próbáltam meg telepíteni, szóval nincs benne szinte egyáltalán tapasztalatom.

Szerk: Egy kérdés azért maradt bennem:
Vajon, ha az LMDE-n az automatikusan telepített 550-es driverrel indítva a rendszert, a tty-n nyomtál volna egy Ctrl+Alt+F7-et, akkor ott is beadta volna a bejelentkezési képernyőt? Lehet, hogy akkor is csak a /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf fájlban lévő minimum-vt=1 értékét kellett volna átírni 7-re?

klt Én is gondoltam a log fájlokra de melyikre? Betöltés? Azt láttam hogy mintha működne ha betudok lépni akkor melyik log fog árulkodni? Az is árulkodás ha nincs árulkodni való. Ha az összes kérdésre van válaszom akkor esetleg tudok keresni. Köszönöm a magyarázatot mert az a tökéletes segítség.

Azért lássuk, hogy ez legjobb esetben is csak egy "workaround", nem igazán a megoldás.
Ebben az esetben jó volt.

A működőt nem bántjuk, ez természetes. Volt ezen a gépen korábban három Linux is. Én a kíváncsiság okán egy tesztrendszert dobnék fel a főrendszer mellé, de lehet, hogy ehhez Mártának se kedve, se ideje.

Volt Mártának egy jó kérdése:

KiralyMarta most futtatás le az általad írt parancsokat. A sudo reboot után újra indul a gép, jön a grub, és csak tty1 kéri a nevem jelszavam majd megkapom a promptot. Hogyan kapok grafikusfelületet ?

Amire én rossz választ adtam:

Eldöntöttem, hogy valami nagyon nem sikerült ezzel a zárt meghajtó telepítéssel és úgy se történne jó egy startx-re.
Pedig ez a rendszer még Xorg-ot használ alapértelmezetten, szóval simán meg lehetett volna próbálni kiadni ezt a még általam is ismert parancsot és nagyon valószínűleg el is indult volna az X.
(A körülmények ismeretében kértem volna, hogy startx > ~/startx.txt parancsot adjon ki, még ha az X erre nem is indul, egy következő indításnál a Recovery-ből grafikus környezetet kapva simán be tudta volna másolni ide a tartalmát, ami szintén adhatott további nyomot egy esetleges hibakereséshez.)
Az én tudásom nincs akkora, mint a tiéd, szerintem én ezután nem találtam meg volna az általad fellelt kerülőmegoldásnak címkézett megoldást, egy a kerülőmegoldást is megkerülő dolgot javasoltam volna: telepítse fel Márta a GDM3-at és azt állítsa be a LightDM helyett alapértelmezettnek.
Azt gondolom, hogy ez talán az én szerény tudásom mellett is egy működő, használható végeredményt adott volna.
Hiba volt nem kiadatni egy egyszerű startx-et. Ezt elszúrtam.

csuhas32 Most 2 napig biztos nem fogok bele mert több dolgot kell hozzácsinálni ami nektek alap de azért nekem mindent át kell gondolni (partició méretezés, és a megfelelő particióra való telepítés ehhez nyugodt körülmény kell) de utána megpróbálom a teszt rendszer telepítését. Hozzá tenném jelenleg minden fontos adat a másik (i5-14600 Ubuntu gépen van) ezen bőven próbálkozhatok, tanulhatok akár újra telepíthetek. Megírom ha van eredmény.
